Website terms of use
Last updated: May 2026
These terms govern your use of the greenbay.solutions website operated by Greenbay Technologies Ltd. (Israeli company number 517317095, registered at Megiddo 13/3, Tel Aviv, Israel; "Greenbay", "we", "our"). They apply to this marketing website only. Use of the Greenbay product application is governed by a separate commercial agreement between Greenbay and your organisation.
1. Acceptance
By accessing or browsing greenbay.solutions, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the website. We may update these terms from time to time; the version in force is the one displayed on this page, and material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above.
2. About this website
This website provides information about Greenbay's fleet orchestration product, allows you to request a demo, and lets you book a meeting through an embedded scheduler. It does not provide access to the Greenbay product itself; access to the product is only granted under a separate commercial contract. The site may change, be updated, or be temporarily unavailable without notice.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the website in violation of any applicable law
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its underlying systems, including by submitting forms with falsified, automated, or scraped data
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the website, including by submitting excessive automated requests
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the website without our prior written permission
- Reproduce, copy, scrape, or systematically extract content from the website for commercial purposes without our written permission
- Use the website to transmit malicious code or to harass, defame, or impersonate any person
4. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, illustrations, animations, source code, and the "Greenbay" name and logo, is owned by or licensed to Greenbay and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use, including reproduction, modification, distribution, or republication, requires our prior written consent.
5. Third-party links and embeds
The website may contain links to third-party websites and embed third-party services (for example, the Google Calendar Appointment Scheduler on the contact page). We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their content, availability, or terms. Following a third-party link or interacting with an embedded service is at your own risk and subject to that third party's terms and privacy policy.
6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The website is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Greenbay is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the website. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel, have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of the website, except where consumer-protection laws of your country of residence give you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.
